The “historical” saxophonist James Senese, close friend and musician of Pino Daniele from the beginning together with Tullio De Piscopo, Tony Esposito, Joe Amoruso, and Rino Zurzolo, gives voice to his virtuosity with the band Napoli Centrale on Saturday 20 August 2016 at 9 p.m. in piazza Aurora.
The group presents a mix of Jazz-Rock-Prog unique in the panorama of Italian music, inspired to John Coltrane, Miles Davis, and Weather Report.
Band components: ERNESTO VITOLO -keyboards-, GIGI DE RIENZO -bass-, FREDY MALFI -drums-, with the presence of FRANCO DEL PRETE, famous drummer of Napoli Centrale, who worked on some tracks of the album. Del Prete will be a guest star during Senese'e tour.
At the age of 70 James Senese is a timeless artist.
